Payment & Insurance Information


We know you can’t put a price on a great smile, so our payment process is streamlined to ensure that you and your child are getting the best we have to offer. Before you begin treatment, we will provide you information about your estimated insurance coverage and your options to pay for amounts not covered by your  dental insurance plan.

Payment Methods Accepted

Payment is due at the time of service.  You may pay with cash or credit card – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.



We offer an Office Membership Plan for those without dental insurance.  Please contact our office for more information.


If you carry dental insurance, we ask that you provide us with your insurance information when scheduling your appointment so that we can verify benefits and confirm coverage. While we are not participating providers with any insurance, we are more than happy to assist the claim process on your behalf.

Covid-19 Safety

COVID-19 is still with us and as the health and well-being of our patients, parents, children, and staff is our top priority, we have put in place a number of new protocols.

In addition to limiting the number in the office at any time and taking the temperature of anyone entering the office space, we are strictly adhering to the guidelines set out by the CDC and continuing to practice Occupational Safety and Health Association (OSHA) standards regarding sterilization/infection control. We have also increased our protocol to include consistent disinfection of all surfaces involved in human contact, including (but are not limited to) counter-tops, desktops, computer keyboards, door knobs, light switches, phones, and waiting room chairs.

We will continue to keep our patients updated on any changes in policy regarding COVID-19 as it remains a fluid situation and may change.
